THE TOOL
The TurboCaser, a pass-through turbine-powered reaming system, enables casings and intermediate liners to land at target depth in even the most complex wells.
HOW IT WORKS
The TurboCaser supplies high speed rotation power of a reamer shoe, independent of casing string rotation. A pass-through turbine, the reamer nose can be drilled through in minutes. This allows the same bottom-hole assembly to immediately drill ahead through the next section.
Prior to rapid drill out, our advanced locking mechanisms ensure reaming shoes do not rotate, meaning adequate safety measures are in place. A dedicated drill out trip is not required.
