The Tool
The award-winning Rubblizer™ can transform both plug and abandonment and slot recovery. The tool improves efficiency and predictability of cut and pull, perf and wash and perf and squeeze with trial results showing up to 90% less force is required to pull casing.
How it Works
Using simple pressure and rotation to manipulate existing casing strings, the Rubblizer™ breaks the bond between cement and casing, effectively rubblizing the cement behind casings. This makes removing casing quicker and more efficient, avoiding the need for costly milling operation and subsequent lost time issues, guaranteeing pulling success rates. The Rubblizer™ can be partnered with existing technologies to enhance plug and abandonment capabilities. It can be used to complement existing cutting, pulling, and jacking technology to reduce cost and uncertainty when removing casing. It also proves to be an excellent addition to perf, wash, and plug technology, raising success rates and assuring adequate wash for post-job cement integrity.

Case Studies
9-5/8” RUBBLIZER ACHIEVES LONGEST INTERVAL AT 1,017 FT
Deployed by our operating partner in Australis, Tasman Oil Tools, the Rubblizer assisted in the recovery of a 9-5/8” top section casing. The tools longest interval to date at 1,017 ft, it was used to make two passes from508 ft BRT back up to 39 ft BRT, with a third pass operating the tool across the remaining 12 Casing Connection.

RUBBLIZER SAVES 456 HOURS RIG TIME
Within the Chinese offshore P&A and Slot Recovery market, the Rubblizer tool was run for a 4th time, Successful completion of all four runs since July this year has saved the operator 19 days rig time, completing the operations in a total of just 4 days compared to the 23 days it would have taken conventional pilot or section milling operations. This has helped reduce time in the red zone and multiple BHA handing requirements.
