David Stephenson

Vice President

After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, David spent two years working offshore in the UK North Sea under an SLB fast track training programme. He then joined Petroline WellSystems as a Design Engineer. Following the acquisition of Petroline by Weatherford, he relocated to the UAE, where he spent eight years in various Product Line Management roles in the Middle East. David then relocated to Singapore where he was Managing Director for ITS Energy Services for the Asia Pacific region, before spending two years based in Thailand as Managing Director of Energy Uncovered, a local partner to technology companies. David returned to the UK and joined Deep Casing Tools in 2017, taking the CEO role in 2018, overseeing the company growth through to acquisition by DTI. David will serve as a Vice President of DTI and the Division Lead for Deep Casing Tools. He will remain primarily focused on the continued growth of DCT as well as other DTI expansion plans.

Grant Robertson

Business Operations Manager

Has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas Industry, having started his career serving an engineering apprenticeship, during his career he has experience working overseas and offshore and spent 16 years holding senior management positions covering, engineering & product development integration, manufacturing, supply chain and QHSE roles with Schlumberger. He has also run his own consulting business latterly focussed within SMEs.

Eoin Wood

Global Sales and Marketing Manager

Has over 15 years’ experience in drilling and completions downhole tool sales. For the past 11 years, he has dedicated his career towards assisting UK & international clients get their completions and liners to TD effectively. He has introduced and advanced technologies within new and existing markets, developing a proven track record of selling specialist solutions for all possible downhole scenarios. His experience expands across the well life cycle from drilling and completions to fishing and intervention, placing him in a great position to sell DCT’s innovative technologies.

Kevin Langan

MENA Regional Manager

With over two decades of expertise within the downhole technology sector and profound focus on the MENA region, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to Deep Casing Tools. Within his career Kevin has played vital roles in start-up companies, particularly within the technology liners and ESG domains, managing everything from single technology liners to fully integrated projects. To the team Kevin brings with him the passion and dedication required to sustain business profitability within the MENA region as well as expanding business, forming new connections with potential customers.

Rafael Villa De Santana

Engineering Manager

With a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Oil and Gas Engineering and an MBA in Business Management, Rafael brings a wealth of relevant industry knowledge to his role as Engineering Manager at Deep Casing Tools. Rafael has over 15 years’ experience in Research and Development for SMEs within the oil and gas industry, specifically in Drilling and Completions. He has filled many important roles within his 15 years including Manufacturing and Design Engineer, Design Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer and currently Engineering Manager. Supervising the engineering team, Rafael oversees the design and development of all technologies within the company, ensuring our tools continue to meet the needs of our customers.

Donna Laing

Financial Controller

Has over 15 years’ experience working for international oil and gas service businesses based in the UK. She has experience of managing large Finance teams in Europe, India & Africa and has steered finance teams through periods of accelerated growth. Donna oversees all aspects of Finance in DCT. She has worked in various Finance positions over the last 19 years but has held Senior Management positions for the last 12 years.
